Delta issues statement on US-UK trade agreement

Delta issued the following statement in response to the trade agreement reached between the United States and the United Kingdom:

On behalf of our 100,000 employees, Delta welcomes the Trump Administration’s announcement that the trade agreement between the United States and United Kingdom will preserve the reciprocal zero tariff policy on aerospace products, and we hope it will serve as a model for future agreements. This important step forward helps protect the $104 billion annual U.S. trade surplus in the aerospace industry, and the role of air travel as a driver of U.S. economic growth, innovation, and high-quality jobs.
